Balbriggan is a town
in north County Dublin in Ireland that falls under the remit of
Fingal County Council. Balbriggan shares the east coast with Laytown
to the north and Skerries to the south.
The town is situated just off the main road corridor (the M1) between
Dublin and Belfast. the town's history can be traced all the way
back to 436AD, the time of St Patrick. Balbriggan has a wide selection
of good quality restaurants and pubs. Local sports activities include
three different types of football Gaelic, Rugby and Soccer.
