Walkinstown is a suburb
of south Dublin 12 in Ireland that falls under the remit of Dublin
City Council. Nearby suburbs include Crumlin,
Drimnagh, Bluebell, Clondalkin,
and Ballymount. Walkinstown is the home of one of the most notorious
roundabouts on to which five roads converge. Famous sports personalities
with connections to Walkinstown include former 5,000m World champion,
Eamonn Coghlan, and former Irish soccer international, Kevin Moran.
