Marlay Park Soccer Pitches
Marlay Park, in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14,
came into public ownership in 1972 and was opened to the public in 1975.
The park covers an area of 120 hectares. There are nine football pitches
in the park and are under the management of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County
Council. There are five soccer pitches and four GAA pitches. Marlay Park
also contains a nine hole par 3 golf course, a cricket pitch, tennis courts,
and a BMX cycle track.
There are two main entrances to Marlay
Park 1) Marlay House car park entrance on the Grange Road and 2)
car park entrance on the College Road.
