Castle Villa AFC

Castle Villa AFC is a Kildare based soccer football club that competes in the Kildare & District Underage League. The club was founded in 1969 by Mr. Walter Brookes. The club has had significant success on the football pitch having won the Kildare & District Football League league and cup double twice. The latest success was when Castle Villa won the Lumsden League Cup in 2009. The home soccer pitch is at Mullarney Park, on the Baltinglass Road coming from Castledermot.
