Ardee Celtic FC |
| Ardee Celtic FC is a County Louth football club that competes in the Meath District League. Originally the club was called Mellifont United and was officially established in 1993. The club won it’s first siverware in 1996 when Ardee beat beat Cavan Town in the Gerry Bradley Memorial Shield Final.
In 2000 the club launched it’s schoolboys section with the introduction of an Under 15 team. Since then the underage section has grown considerably and consists of more than 20 teams. In 2005 Ardee Celtic opened it’s new playing facility at Townparks which includes a sand-based football pitch, a covered stand, and a modern clubhouse. |
