| Ballinhassig AFC is a County Cork soccer club. The club plays its’ home matches at their soccer pitch at Gortnaglough. Ballinhassigs’ first on-pitch success was winning Division 1 of the West Cork League in the ’82-83 football season. |

Gortnaglough Soccer Pitch Ballinhassig AFC club football grounds are situated at Gortnaglough, towards the west of the parish, near Crossbarry.Coming from Cork City proceed for 8Km on the Bandon road (N71). At the Halfway roundabout (that is 1st roundabout after leaving Cork City) turn right across the bridge, and then turn left. Proceed on for 2Km and take the 1st right hand turn (signposted) for Ballinhassig Soccer Club and Barry O’Halloran Construction. Proceed along this narrow road for about 2Km up to the top of the hill. The Ballinhassig soccer pitch is on the left. |
